摘 要:为了探讨锗 - 132对奶牛抗氧化系统功能的影响以及锗 - 132与元素硒 (Se)、锌 (Zn)、铜 (Cu)在抗氧过程中的相互关系 ,选用高氟低硒环境下饲养的奶牛 2 5头 ,在基础日粮相同的条件下进行 3个月的实验。将实验牛随机分组 ,每组 5头 ,共 5组 : 组为对照组 ; 组加锗 - 132 ; 组加锗 - 132、硒 : 组加锗 - 132、硒、锌 ; 组加锗 - 132、硒、锌、铜。定期采集血样 ,测定血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)、超氧化物歧化酶 (Cu Zn-SOD)的活性 ,测定丙二醛 (MDA)的含量以及全血中的锗、硒、锌、铜的含量。实验结果表明 :加入的各元素在奶牛血液中的含量呈明显的剂量 -反应关系。加锗组奶牛血清 GSH- Px、Cu Zn- SOD活性显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,血清 MDA含量显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。全血锗含量与血清 GSH- Px、Cu Zn- SOD分别呈显著正相关 (r=0 .1997,P<0 .0 1;r=0 .2 50 2 ,P<0 .0 1) ,与血清 MDA含量呈显著负相关 (P<0 .0 1)。证实锗 - 132在奶牛体内具有抗氧化、清除自由基的作用 ;加锗同时加硒组血清 GSH- Px活性高于单独加锗组 ,且全血锗与硒含量呈显著正相关 (r=0 .1917,P<0 .0 5)。表明硒。Effects of β carboxyelgermanium sesquioxide(Ge 132)on the function of antioxidant system of dairy cattle and the relationship between antioxidant elements Ge and selenium(Se),copper(Cu),Zinc(Zn)were studied in 25 dairy cattle fed on the same basal diets during three months experiment. The cattle were randomly divided into 5 groups, 5 for each. Group Ⅰwas used as control.Different elements were added into the diets for the following experimental groups,such as group ⅡGe 132;Group ⅢGe 132 and Se;GroupⅣ Ge 132,Se and Zn Group ⅤGe 132,Se,Zn and Cu.Blood samples were collected at regular intervals to examine the activity of serum GSH Px,CuZn SOD,the content of serum MDA,blood Ge,Se,Zn and Cu,The experimental results were as follows,the activity of serum GSH Px and CuZn SOD in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ,and the content of serum MDA in group Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ,there was a significantly positive correlation between the content of blood Ge and the activity of serum GSH Px,CuZn SOD(P<0.01),respectively,but a negative correlation between the content of blood Ge and serum MDA levels(P<0.01),which indicates that Ge 132 performs the function of resisting peroxidation and scavenging free radicals.The activity of serum GSH Px in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ,and there was a significantly positive correlation between the content of blood Ge and Se.The result suggests that Ge and Se perform antioxidant funtion in a synergic way in dairy cattle.
