摘　　要：本试验用北京市农林科学院畜牧兽医研究所制备的 CVI988/ Rispens疫苗和进口的 CVI988/Rispens疫苗免疫 1日龄 SPF来航鸡 ,7日龄以 MDV北京 - 1株血毒进行攻击 ,6 0日龄全群剖检。经免疫效力试验两次测定 ,3批北京所制备的 CVI988/ Rispens疫苗产品保护指数分别为试验 (1)的 90 .0、90 .0、93.3和试验 (2 )的 10 0 .0、10 0 .0、94 .5,与进口商品 CVI/ 988Rispens苗的保护指数 93.3和 10 0 .0差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5)。结果表明 ,北京所研制的 CVI988/ Rispens疫苗与进口疫苗均能提供较高的免疫保护力 ,北京所制备的CVI988/Marek's Disease(MD)vaccine(CVI988/Rispens)produced domestically by the use of the imported Seed Virus of serotype I vaccine strain CVI988/Rispens from the Netherlands was tested for its efficacy in two trials.One day old SPF chickens were all vaccinated with 3 batches(01,02 and 03)of the home grown vaccines and 1 batch of the imported commercial product.Challenge was all done at 7 days postvaccination using the blood virus of viulent MD virus(strain J 1).The protection indices(PI)obtainded at 60 days of age were 90.0,90.0,93.3 in the lst trial and 100.0,100.0,94.5 in the 2nd respectively,compared to 93.3 and 100.0 of the imported vaccine without a significant difference(P>0.05).The results showed that all the vaccines(CVI988/Rispens)of the two different sources provided high rate of protection against the vMDV,and that the protective efficacy of CVI988/Rispens vaccine domestically developed reached the advanced leval of the same kind imported.
