摘　　要：阐述了知识管理的涵义,介绍了国内联机联合编目工作的现状。论述了联机联合编目工作要适应网络技术和信息技术的发展,强化其价值和功能,应将知识管理的理论和方法应用于业务工作的推动上,从而提升联机联合编目工作的服务质量和知识创新。In this paper,through describing the meaning of knowledge management and situation of the online cataloguing,it discussed how to applied the knowledge management to the online cataloguing,so as to promote the service quality of the online cataloguing and carry out the knowledge work innovation.
