摘　　要：图书馆地方文献资源建设,在网络环境下出现新的特征和特点,通过对自贡市图书馆地方文献资源建设的分析研究,论述图书馆地方文献资源建设的重要意义并提出思考及建议。New features and characteristics has been appeared in library local literature resources construction under the network environment.The author expounds the significance and suggestions of the library′s local literature resources construction,through analyzing Zigong library′s local literature resources construction.
