北京市流动人口空间分布特征及变化趋势研究

摘　　要：北京市流动人口增长势头仍在继续,已成为北京城市建设中不容忽视的问题.本文对北京市户籍人口、流动人口的总量特征进行对比分析,对北京市各区县的流动人口数量、密度进行分析,还以首都功能核心区、首都功能拓展区、重点新城、其他新城为研究范围对流动人口情况进行了分析,得知首都功能核心区的流动人口已处于稳定状态,增长最快的是拓展区和新城地区.使用探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)方法——空间自相关来分析2005年至2009年北京各区县流动人口的空间分布变化特征,得出北京市流动人口分布有很强的集聚性并呈逐渐分散趋势的结论.最后针对目前北京流动人口的发展形势提出相应的对策建议.The migrant population in Beijing is growing continually which shouldn＇ t be ignored . This paper analyzes the total characteristics of registered population and migrant population, quantity and density of migrant population in the 18 Districts and Counties of Beijing, and in the Core Area of Capital Function, the Development Area of Capital Function, key new towns, and the other new towns. In additon, the authors use the Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis （ESDA） methods, spatial autocorrelation, to analyze the spatial distribution and its changing characteristics of the migrant population from 2005 to 2009 in the 18 Districts and Counties, and draws the conclusion that the distribution of migrant population in Beijing has a strong concentration and the trend is to diversify, the quantity of migrant population in the Core Area of Capital Function is stable, and that in the Development Area and the new towns is the fastest growing. At last, the authors give some suggestions to deal with the current development situation of migrants, in Beijing.
