摘　　要：海南建设国际旅游岛的目的是通过带动海南旅游业升级,推进相关服务业全面开放。以旅游业为龙头的现代服务业发展状况决定海南国际旅游岛建设成败。从现代服务业发展水平,成长能力,基础条件,创新与管理能力竞争力评价角度研究海南省现代服务业发展策略,可为海南现代服务业发展提供一定借鉴。Building Hainan International Tourist Destination is to boost the related service industry by means of upgrading Hainan＇s tourism.The development of modern service industry with tourism as the leading role is crucial to the construction of the International Tourist Destination.The paper proposes a strategic analysis for Hainan＇s modern service industry from the perspective of the development level,growth ability,basic conditions,innovation and management abilities of Hainan＇s modern service industry.
