摘 要:以蚌埠市5家民营企业164个员工问卷调查的数据为样本,根据劳动关系的主要构成要素和本次调研的具体问题,提出影响民营企业劳动关系满意度的5项因素并建立多元回归模型进行实证分析。研究表明:民营企业员工对所在企业劳动关系的满意度评价整体介于一般和比较满意之间,离构建和谐劳动关系的目标仍有差距;在影响因素中,劳动社会保障、劳动合同和劳动报酬对员工劳动关系满意度影响较大,劳动时间和劳动条件的影响则相对较小。By taking 164 employees of questionnaire data from five private enterprise of Bengbu city as sample,according to the main elements of labor relations and the specific issues of this survey,this paper puts forward five factors that influence the satisfaction degree of private enterprise's labor relations and establishes the multiple regression model for empirical analysis.Research shows that:private enterprise employees' appraisal on the satisfaction rating of labor relations are overall between general and more satisfactory,with gaps from the goal of establishing harmonious labor relations.In all influencing factors,labor social security,labor contract and labor remuneration have a big effect upon employees' satisfaction degree of labor relations,labor time and labor conditions being relatively small.
