摘　　要：阐述了奥氏体不锈钢焊缝检测时底片上出现的线状影像为X射线衍射斑纹,实验表明衍射斑纹对焊缝力学性能无影响,提出了识别衍射斑纹和缺陷影像的方法。This paper describes that the linear image found on film image during Austenitic stainless steel weld detection is X-ray diffraction by analysis.Those X-ray diffraction stripes are found to have no effect on weld＇s mechanical properties.A methodology to identify diffraction stripes and defect image was proposed here.
