逍遥散和痛泻药方煎剂对肝郁脾虚证大鼠模型的改善作用

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散和痛泻药方煎剂对肝郁脾虚证模型大鼠的改善作用。方法:32只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、对照组、逍遥散组和痛泻药方组。除正常组外,其他各组大鼠以复合慢性束缚方法建立肝郁脾虚证大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠一般情况、体重变化、蔗糖水消耗情况以及小肠推进比情况。结果:与对照组比较,逍遥散组和痛泻药方组大鼠一般情况改善,体重增加,蔗糖水溶液消耗增加,小肠推进比降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散和痛泻药方对复合慢性束缚肝郁脾虚证大鼠出现的各种变化有良好的改善作用。Objective：To observe effects of Xiaoyao powder and Tongxie Yaofang on model rats of liver depression and spleen insufficiency syndrom.Method：32 rats were randomly divided into normal group,control group,Xiaoyao powder group and Tongxie Yaofang group.Model rats of liver depression and spleen insufficiency syndrom were established with complex chronic restraint method.Then general condition,change of weight,consumption of cane-sugar water solution,and intestinal propulsion rate of all rats were observed and recorded.Results：Compared with control group,general condition of rats were improved,weight and consumption of cane-sugar water solution of rats were increased,intestinal propulsion rate of rats were decreased in Xiaoyao powder group and Tongxie Yaofang group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xiaoyao powder and Tongxie Yaofang have good improvement effect on changes of model rats of liver depression and spleen insufficiency syndrom induced by complex chronic restraint method.
