围绝经期骨质疏松患者血清中AQP1和CASR的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨围绝经期骨质疏松患者血清中AQP1和CASR的表达及意义。方法:采用放射免疫法测定各组患者血清中AQP1和CASR水平。结果:与对照组比较,围绝经期骨质疏松组血清中AQP1、CASR值明显升高(P<0.001);对照组、围绝经期骨质疏松组血清中AQP1和CASR水平呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:AQP1和CASR在围绝经期骨质疏松患者血清异常表达,可能参与围绝经期骨质疏松的病理生理过程。Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of Aquaporin1（AQP1） and calciurn-sensing receptor（CASR）in serum of peri-menopausal women with osteoporosis.Methods：The expression of AQP1 and CASR protein in serum were tested by radioimmunity.Results：The level of AQP1 and CASR protein in peri-menopausal women with osteoporosis group were higher than those in normal group（P0.001）.The expression of AQP1 was positively correlated with the level of CASR in both normal group and peri-menopausal women with osteoporosis group.Conclusion：It suggests that abnormal protein expressions and higher level of AQP1 and CASR may play an important role in processes of osteoporosis among peri-menopausal women.
