摘　　要：以医院医疗管理流程为基础,针对传统病历书写中存在的医疗数据传递慢、信息难以共享等问题,构筑了基于XML的电子病历系统三层体系结构,并阐述了其设计与实现过程。该系统作为临床信息数据的载体,运用数据库安全性技术,建立了以患者诊疗信息为核心的结构化病历。实践表明,EMR系统克服了传统手写病历管控中只重病历的终末监控,难以实时体现病历中途监控的问题,促进了医疗质量的提高,为医院赢得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。On the basis of the medical management process in the hospital, the design solution of the electronic medical record based on XML was constructed according to the problems of medical information transmission delaying and time consuming of information sharing in the hand-writing medical records. By adopting the security technology of database, the clinical information centered by patients was integrated by the support of EMR. By applying the electronic medical record system, the problem of supervision only on the terminal in the process of writing medical records was solved which improved medical quality and won social and economic benefits for the hospital.
