摘  要:采用浸渍法对SBA-15分子筛进行铈改性,制备了催化剂Ce–SBA–15。X射线衍射、透射电镜和感应耦合等离子体原子发射光谱表征结果表明铈改性后的催化剂保持SBA–15高度有序的二维六方孔道结构。将该催化剂用于合成乙酸正丁酯,考察了催化剂用量,催化剂中铈含量、醇酸摩尔比及反应时间对乙酸正丁酯酯化率的影响。确定较佳操作条件:催化剂质量分数为10%,催化剂中铈的质量分数为10.74%,醇酸摩尔比为1.5∶1,反应时间为1.5 h。催化剂重复使用试验表明Ce–SBA–15具有良好的稳定性及催化活性。Catalyst Ce–SBA–15 was prepared by the utilization of impregnation of SBA-15 with cerium acetate.After calcination the loaded cerium acetate could be converted to cerium that are highly dispersed on the mesoporous host.Characterization was done by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) techniques and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometric(ICP) method.The results show that cerium has been incorporated into SBA–15 molecular sieve.The prepared materials kept the highly ordered mesoporous two-dimensional hexagonal structure and the mesoporous channel structure.The n-butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and n-butanol using Ce–SBA–15 as catalyst.The influences of the dosage of catalyst,the cerium content in the catalyst,the molar ratio of n-butanol to acetic acid,and reaction time on the esterification rate were discussed.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of catalyst to reactants was 10%,the mass fraction of cerium in the catalyst was 10.74%,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1.5∶ 1,reaction time was 1.5 h.The reusing catalyst kept the higher catalytic activity and stability.
