摘　　要：随着剥肋滚压直螺纹机械连接相关技术和产品质量愈来愈成熟稳定,钢筋连接的实体质量好坏往往就决定于现场施工作业人员的施工质量,而判断施工质量高低最直接和直观的方式就是外观质量。本文针对施工现场常见的钢筋连接外观质量通病,分析其产生的原因,提出解决对策及外观质量的现场控制要点,并提议将其纳入企业和项目部相应的操作标准,以确保钢筋机械连接的实体质量。With the maturing and steady development of the sleeve joining technology of ribbed straight threaded machine and related products,the quality of the joining of ribbed straight threaded steel bar is largely determined by the construction quality of the construction personnel and the appearance quality serves as its direct judge.This paper analyses the problems emerged frequently in site construction,trying to figure out the causes,and provide some countermeasures for references.The author also suggests that the solutions presented in this paper be included as a standard for further guidance.
