智能电网项目的效益识别与临界收益研究

摘　　要：建设坚实的智能电网是国家"十二五"规划的重要内容,国内对建设智能电网的研究已经全面展开;然而,完整的关于智能电网工程的经济评价体系始终没有形成。考虑到智能电网工程项目的建设方案的多样性、部分关键技术设备待研发、运营模式和成本无法确定等因素,运用动态经济效果分析法,揭示智能电网建设中投资、时间与成本之间的关系,为智能电网项目的经济评价提供参考和依据。Developing strong Smart Grid is one of a important content of the ＂Twelfth 5-year Plan＂ of our country.The construction of the Smart Grid had proceeded rapidly,However,a complete economic evaluation system about the Smart Grid had not been formed up.Considering about that the variety of the construction plan of the Smart Grid,part of the essential technologies and equipments had not been ensured and the uncertainty of the operation schemes and cost,the article had introduced dynamic economic evolution method to calculate the relations of the capital,the cost and the time,which afford the references and basis to the economic evaluation of the Smart Grid project.
