摘　　要：公共事业管理专业作为新兴的专业已经开设了十余年,随着该专业毕业生的逐年增长,就业问题凸现出来。根据近年来公共事业管理专业的就业现状,对问题的根源作出深入分析,认为该专业的培养目标与社会需求相背离。Public utility management as an emerging major in colleges has been established more than ten years.With the increase of graduates of this major in number,the employment problem emerges.Upon analysis of the employment situation of graduates of public utility management and the causes of the problem,this paper points out that the training goals of the major deviate from social demands and proposes the countermeasures.
