摘　　要：为配合学校提升办学层次的需要,图书馆专业人才应提高综合素质,倡导终身学习理念,强化和谐共处,加强人才建设。只有外部引进与内部培训双管齐下,才能切实提高图书馆的人才建设水平。The overall qualities of college library professionals should be improved as the college strives to improve the level of its education. It follows that the notions of life-long education, harmonious coexistence and talent training should be highlighted. Recruiting qualified talents prove effectively the quality of librarians. and enhancing staff training should both be used so as to improve effectively the quality of librarians.
