摘　　要：通过对"跑酷"运动的内涵进行深刻的研究和分析,结合现今我国普通高校体育教学模式的现状和特点,"跑酷"运动的创新性、观赏性和自由性以及其独特的运动价值,在普通高校的公共体育教学中进行开展,符合现代大学体育的教育理念,达到教学目标。"跑酷"运动在我国普通高校公共体育教学中实施是可行的。Based on the connotation of ＂Parkour＂sports in-depth research and analysis, combined with our ordinary university sports educational model present situation and characteristic,＂Parkour＂sports innovation, ornamental and freedom as well as its unique value of sport, in ordinary university public sports teaching to carry out, in line with modern university physical educagon idea, achieve the goal of teaching.＂Parkour＂sports in Chinese common college public physical education teaching is feasible.
