米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的探索米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床特点。方法选取120例于我院就诊的皮肤性病确诊患者,对不同疾病类型的患者实施不同剂量及时间的米诺环素治疗,全部患者均于治疗开始后2周末进行治疗效果的判定及对比。结果皮肤感染患者痊愈率为94.6%,痤疮组患者治愈率为89.3%,淋病患者治愈率为73.7%,非淋球菌性尿道炎患者治愈率为87.5%,宫颈炎患者治愈率为95.0%;除淋病患者的治愈率差异较大(P<0.05)外,其余患者的治疗效果均为显著,具有统计学意义。结论米诺环素治疗各种由敏感病原菌导致的轻、中度皮肤性病疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective This study is to research the clinical features of minocycline in the treatment of skin and venereal diseases. Methods 120 patients with skin and venereal diseases treated in our hospital were selected.Patients with different diseases were treated with minocycline at different doses and for different delivery times. 2 weeks after the start of treatment, the treatment effects of all patients were judged and compared.Results The cure rate was 94.6% in the skin infection group,89.3% in the acne group, 73.7% in the gonorrhea group,87.% in the non-gonococcal urethritis and 95.0% in the cervicitis group.The cure rate in the gonorrhea group had great difference （P0.05）.Except the gonorrhea group,the treatment effect in other groups was obvious, with statistical significance.Conclusion The efficacy of minocycline in the treatment of mild or moderate skin and venereal diseases caused by sensitive pathogenic bacteria is significant and worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
