摘　　要：目前研究表明,许多眼科疾病的发生、发展的病理基础为眼部异常血管的增生,其与VEGF的调节与表达密切相关。随着抗VEGF药物的研发及应用,抗VEGF药物在眼部疾病尤其是眼部血管增生性疾病中的治疗中起着极为重要作用。本为对目前抗VEGF的3种药物(Avastin、Lucentis、Macugen)在眼科疾病中的应用概况及相关机制做一综述。Angiogenesis is the main pathologic characters in many ocular diseases.The regulation and expression of Vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） is closely related to many ocular vascular disease such as advanced age-related macular degeneration,diabetic retinopathy,neovascular glaucoma.With the development and application of anti-VEGF drug,it plays an extremely important role on ocular vascular eye diseases,especially ocular vascular disease.The review focuses on the clinical application and basic Mechanism of the anti-VEGF drug,including Avastin、Lucentis、Macugen.
