摘　　要：目的探讨应用锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨髁上髁间骨折的疗效。方法采用锁骨钢板内固定治疗股骨髁上髁间骨折30例,观察骨折愈合及关节功能恢复情况。结果经过6～24个月随访,均骨性愈合,1例出现膝关节活动障碍。均可以负重行走,无肢体短缩,无膝关节内外翻,无内固定物断裂,无感染并发症,无围手术期死亡病例。按Merchan方法评估疗效,29例优良,1例差。结论锁定钢板呈解剖形态,治疗股骨髁间髁上骨折具有操作简便,固定牢靠,血运破坏少,利于骨折愈合,关节功能恢复良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects in the treatment of supracondylar and intercondylar fractures with Locking plate.Methods 30 cases of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures were treated with locking plate.The correlated Indexes about fracture healing and recovery of joint function were analyzed and observed.Results All the cases were followed up for 6～24 months and they all got bone union.1 case occurred limitation of knee joint movement.All the cases have loaded walking ability,No case got limb shortening,genu varum and genu valgum,loosing of internal fixation,infection and death during perioperative period.According to Merchan criteria,the surgical result was evaluated as excellent in 29 patients and in 1.Conclusion The locking plates is anatomical morphology.For femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures,it is simple operationg,reliable fixation,less failure blood supplying,making against bone union.functional recovered good.
