摘　　要：目的观察加味炙甘草汤治疗顽固性室性早搏的疗效。方法采用随机分组法,将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用加味炙甘草汤口服,14d为1个疗程。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。差异具有显著性意义。结论加味炙甘草汤治疗顽固性室性早搏疗效确定。Objective to investigate the effects of the mixture of Jiaweizhiganchao on Venirieular premature beats.Methods According to the orders of hospitalization, the 80 patients were randomly divided into control group （40 cases） and observation group 40cases）.Patients in the control group were treated with general therapeutic methods.Patients in the observation group were treated with the mixture of Jiaweizhiganchao one dose every day besides general therapeutic methods. The therapeutic course was 14 days. Results the excellence rate of the observation group is obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion the mixture of Jiaweizhiganchao is effective and safe in patients with Venirieular premature beats
