摘　　要：上海宝钢化工有限公司二期脱硫解吸塔投入运行以来 ,日本填料的使用效果不理想 ,探讨用国产填料替代日本填料 ,从而做到优质、耐蚀、低成本 ,以满足生产需要。During the operation of the desulfuration and desorption towers for coke oven gas, the service effect of the Japan made porcelain packing is unsatisfactory. The article describes that the Japan packing being replaced by the home made ones to satisfy the technical requirement with its fine quality, corrosion resistance and low cost.
