美国后备军官教育对我国国防生培养的启示

摘　　要：美国是世界上最早开展后备军官教育的国家之一,也是后备军官教育体系最为完善的国家。本文介绍了美国后备军官教育的历史沿革和现状,梳理了美国后备军官教育的法律体系、组织体系、教学训练体系和激励体系,并进行了深入剖析,凝练了先进经验,为破解我国国防生培养工作存在的突出问题,推动国防生培养从数量规模向质量效益、从粗放发展向集约发展的转变提供了十分有益的启示。The United States is one of the countries which first carried out training reserve officer in the world, and has the most perfect system for it. This article describes the history and current situation of American Reserve Officer＇ s Training, examines the legal, organizational, teaching and training, and incentive systems, and analyzes the deep and concise advanced experience which provides the very useful revelation for solving the outstanding problems of our country＇ s reserve officer training, and promoting its transition from quantity to quality and from the extensive development to the intensive development.
