苯磺隆-异丙甲草胺的HPLC分析

摘　　要：报道采用高效液相色谱法在HypersilBDS -C18反相柱上 ,以甲醇 :水 :乙酸 =6 5:35:0 .4 (V/V/V)作流动相 ,紫外检测对苯磺隆 -异丙甲草胺混剂进行定量检测。该方法对两种有效成分测定的变异系数分别为0 .4 8%和 0 .79% ,回收率分别为 98.9%～ 10 1.8%和 99.2 %～ 10 2 .3%。The mixture formulation of tribenuron-methy and metolachior was quantitatively analyzed by HPLC with Hyperisal BDS-C18 reversed phase column.The moblie phase was CH 3OH:H 2O:CH 3COOH=65:35:0.4(V:V:V)and detection wavelength was at 254nm.The standard derivation for tribenuron-methy and metolachior was 0.48% and 0.79%,respectively.The recoveries for tribenuron-methy and metolachior were 98.9%～101.5% and 99.2%～102.3%,respectively.
