摘  要:针对电容传感器对介质介电常数敏感,无法工作在液体环境下的缺点,提出了一种基于磁敏电阻的的栅式位移传感器设计方案,并设计了相应的位移传感器,给出了相关电路结构和机械结构,实现了电路集成。经理论和实验证明:该传感器具有较高的测量灵敏度和分辨率、较大的测量范围以及良好的防水性能。In view of the unmeasured disadvantage of the capacitive sensors under the liquid condition,because its sensitivity to the dielectric constant of a medium,a new sensor design project according to magnetic resistance was presented with magnetic grating structure,and the relative sensor was designed.Its circuit and mechanical architechture were introduced,and the integrating circuit was realized.It is demonstrated theoretically and experimentally that this kind of indicator possesses high sensitivity,resolution and good liquid resistant effect.
