摘 要:随着微电子技术的发展,采用低成本便携式设备在常态条件下测量人体生物电信号的应用日渐广泛。这类设备的关键技术之一是设计满足特定需求的传感器。针对这种需求,分析设计中遇到的主要问题及其应对措施,设计了一种由有源电极与前置放大器结合构成的人体生物电传感器。该传感器体积小、功耗低,能够满足电池单极供电的设计要求;抗干扰能力强,能够在较为恶劣的电磁环境下工作。经过Pspice软件仿真和实际测量验证表明:该传感器能够放大得到满足特定需要人体生物电信号,为后续的信号采集和处理奠定了基础。With the development of the microelectronics technology,low-cost portable medical measurement devices in normal mode have become more widely used.One of the key technologies is the design of electrodes and sensors meeting specific applications.Examined the related technical challenges and possible countermeasures,a single powered bioelectric preamplifier constructed by active electrodes and preamplifier was designed.The design has the characteristics of small size,low power consumption,high anti-jamming capability,etc.It fully satisfies the requirements of single battery power supply and can work under bad electromagnetic environment.Analytical analysis and computer simulation using Pspice indicate that the design satisfies the targeted applications.Actual tests of the prototype show that the system can get bio-signals for certain needs and lay the foundation for the further study of the signal acquisition and processing.
