摘　　要：针对数据业务快速发展对网络质量造成的影响,从无线信道资源管理、分配和占用机制、数据业务承载性能与效率提升等方面研究,提出了"三阶段四原则"的优化思路,根据不同业务导向分配资源,在确保数据业务用户感知的前提下,降低了无线利用率。According to channel congestion caused by the rapid development of GRPS business,research on the wireless channel resource management,distribution and occupied mechanism,performance and efficiency,etc.Finally we proposed the network optimization method of ＂three stage four principles＂,which ensure GPRS user perception of the premise and reduce the wireless channel utilization rate,to improve the performance of GSM network according to different business oriented allocation of resources.
