2010年广西壮族农村学生体质下降原因调查与研究

摘　　要：目的：2010年广西壮族7~18岁农村学生的体质状况和2005年相比都在普遍下降,期盼通过调研找到下降原因、提出改进措施从而实现全国学生体质健康水平均衡和谐发展。方法：运用测量法、问卷调查法和访谈法对参加2010年广西壮族学生体质与健康监测的4所学校里的部分学生和老师进行了调研。结果：1）本次复测情况总体上是和2010年的相应指标测试结果一致。2）学生问卷结果是：多数家庭经济状况差、膳食营养状况差、闲暇时间与身体锻炼的时间少、多数学生对营养与健康知识的了解不够;3）教师访谈结果显示学生体质下降原因较多,学校、家庭、社会和学生本人都应负有主要责任。Objective： the physical condition of the 7-8 years old rural Zhuang students in Guangxi in 2010 shows a general decline as against that in 2005.Through researches it is expected to find the reasons for the decline,and to suggest improvements in order to achieve a nation-wide development of the students＇ physical health balancedly and harmoniously.Methods： By measurement,questionnaire survey and interviews,observations of the students and teachers from the four schools in 2010 has been conducted about the Zhuang students＇ physical fitness and health monitoring.Results： 1）Test results on the retest consist with that of the corresponding indicators in 2010.2） the questionnaire survey shows： most families have poor economic situation,poor nutritional status,less diet,less leisure time or less physical activity time.The large majority of students are not knowledgable enough about nutrition and health;3） Teacher interviews show that the reasons for their students＇ physical decline are due primarily to schools,families,society and the students themselves.
