摘  要:风电齿轮箱作为风电机组中的核心部件,其维修非常困难,维修费用也极高,为防止齿轮箱的轮齿因超常规的重型负荷而发生损伤故障,研究了风电齿轮箱由于传动摩擦产生热量的分布以及热量传递的特点,分析了风机增速齿轮箱的结构特点,在UG软件中完成增速齿轮箱的参数化模型造型,并导入ADINA软件对齿轮的温度和热应力变化情况进行有限元分析,通过对计算结果的分析,总结出风机冷却系统的设计思路,为风机增速箱冷却系统的设计提供了理论依据。As the core components in the wind power generator set,the maintenance of gear box is very difficult,and its maintenance fee also is extremely high.To prevent gearbox teeth fault injuries in the supernormal heavy load,the driving friction heat distribution and heat transfer characteristics of wind power gear box are studied,the wind power generator increasing gearbox structure characteristics are analyzed.The parametric model of increasing gearbox is completed in UG software and finite element analysis of gear temperature and heat stress is conducted in ADINA software.Through the analysis on the calculation results,the design idea of wind power generator cooling system is summarized,and provides theoretical basis for the design of increasing gearbox cooling system for wind power generator.
