摘  要:棒材砂轮倒棱机输送机构目前均采用螺旋进给机构,但螺旋进给机构在大规格棒材生产中存在螺旋辊不同步,造成圆钢进给速度不均匀,影响倒棱质量的缺点。为此,设计了一种高效柔性进给机构,该机构传动机构简单,应用变频调速技术,匹配棒材进给、横移、旋转三个工艺动作,达到设备造价低,工作可靠、维护简单、提高生产效率的目的,实现了高质量倒棱的连续生产。Conveying mechanism of current abrasive bar chamfering machines are all designed with screw feeding mechanism.But screw feeding mechanism has disadvantage of un-synchronized feeding roller,resulted in unequal bar feeding speed and accordingly influenced on chamfering quality.Therefore,a kind of high effective flexible chamfering feeding mechanism is designed.This unit has simple driving mechanism and use technology of frequency variable to adjust speed to match three process movements,including bar feeding,transverse moving and rotation to reach target of low cost,available operation and simple maintenance as well as high production efficiency,realized continuous production under high quality chamfering.
