HPLC法测定复方制剂赖氨葡锌颗粒中有效成分含量

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法同时测定复方制剂赖氨葡锌颗粒中葡萄糖酸锌和盐酸赖氨酸的含量。方法:采用氨基柱,以乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1KH2PO4溶液(60∶40)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为200 nm。结果:葡萄糖酸锌和盐酸赖氨酸分别在0.07～1.4 mg.ml-1和0.25～5 mg.ml-1的范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为98.3%和99.1%,RSD分别为0.75%和0.46%(n=9)。结论:该法准确,重复性好,可用以控制制剂质量。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of lysine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate in the compound granules.Method： A NH2 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4（60∶ 40）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 200 nm.Result： The calibration curve of the two effective components was 0.07-1.4 mg·ml-1（lysine） and 0.25-5 mg·ml-1（zinc gluconate）,respectively.The recovery was 98.3% and 99.1% with RSD of 0.75% and 0.46%（n=9）,respectively.Conclusion： The method can determine the main effective compositions with high accuracy and efficiency to control the quality of the compound granules.
