槐耳颗粒治疗晚期大肠癌疗效初步研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨槐耳颗粒在晚期大肠癌治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的晚期大肠癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,采用槐耳颗粒联合化疗,化疗方案采用FOLFOX4方案;对照组30例,单纯化疗,方案同治疗组。4周期后,分别观察两组化疗前后机体免疫状态(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)和瘤体大小的变化及血常规、肝肾功能等安全性指标。结果:治疗组与对照组比较CD8+明显下降,CD4+/CD8+比值上升,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者瘤体大小、不良反应等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:槐耳颗粒可提高大肠癌化疗患者的免疫功能,安全低毒,在治疗晚期大肠癌中有较大的临床应用价值。Objective： To observe the clinical application value of Kuier in the patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Method： 60 cases of advanced colorectal cancer patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was with the chemotherapy treatment and Kuier granules,and the control group was with the chemotherapy treatment only.The chemotherapy was with the FOLFOX4 protocols.The changes in T cell subgroup（CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋）,the tumor size,liver and kidney functions,and the other safety indicators before and after the treatment were recorded.Result： Compared with those of the control group,the values of CD8＋ in the treatment group were decreased,while CD4＋/CD8＋ was increased significantly（P0.05）.The differences in the tumor size and adverse reactions were not significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Kuier granules combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer can obviously improve the immune function with mild toxicity and high safety,suggesting promising application value in clinics.
