基于土地利用的新疆绿洲经济结构与人口协调性研究——以石河子绿洲为例

摘　　要：由于绿洲经济自然资源依赖性的特殊要求,在可利用土地约束下经济结构与人口发展协调性对于绿洲经济可持续发展具有突出的重要性。石河子绿洲作为新疆绿洲经济的"缩影"与"窗口",其经济结构与人口发展的协调性同新疆绿洲具有高度的一致性。文中利用层次分析法,通过构建绿洲经济与人口协调性评价指标,以石河子绿洲为例,对人口发展与经济结构进行综合性评价。结果显示:新疆绿洲人口发展与经济结构协调性不强,进而提出增强二者协调性的相应对策。Population development plays an important role in upgrading the economic structure, and economic structures is the internal driving force for economic development, while economic growth will affect the regional population development. Shihezi is a ＂microcosm＂ and ＂windows＂ of Xinjiang in economic and social develop- ment, its population development and economic structure coordination are highly consistent with Xinjiang. Using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） on population development, economic structure and comprehensive evalua- tion, we can find out that the coordination development of economy and population of XPCC is poor.
