摘  要:以渭河宝鸡段为研究对象,以林家村、魏家堡为生态基流关键控制断面,建立基于河道生态基流保障的水资源调控模型、调控规则及调控方案集,对研究区不同水平年不同调控方案下基于河道非汛期生态基流保障的水资源调控结果进行了分析。结果表明:1)林家村断面通过采取方案4,即来水优先保障河道非汛期基流并考虑灌区节水,可使该断面非汛期河道生态基流保证率分别提高至88%、89%;2)魏家堡断面通过采取方案7,即水库对渭河基流补偿并考虑灌区节水,可使该断面非汛期河道生态基流保证率分别提高至88%、90%。由于河道生态基流保障特别是水库补偿河道基流是一个较新的研究领域,今后还需要进一步研究水库补偿的可行性和相应的补偿机制,以确保水资源调配方案的可操作性。Based on the analysis of water resources systems in Baoji reach of Weihe river, the node graph of wa- ter resources system was constructed, the regulation model based on the protection of fiver base flow was scientifically established, the regulation program set in 2007,2020 and 2030 was established respectively. Using Linjia Villiage and Weijiabao as the fiver ecological base flow control section, and the nonflood control value of July fiver ecological base flow can be set at 5m^3/s ,6m^3/s respectively. By selecting long series of runoff data from July 1960 to June ,2005 in the study area, taking ten days for the calculation time, the model were runned , and the water resources regulation results were derived under the different regulation program set in 2007, 2020 and 2030. The results showed that the effect of river ecological base flow protection mainly depends on the water - saving irrigation planning of Baojixia plateau irrigation. The guaranteed rate of nonflood river ecological base flow in Linjia Village section can be increased to 80% and 89% in 2020 and 2030 through the adoption of option 4, which give priority to protection of fiver ecological base flow. Because of annual regulation capacity of Fengjiashan Reservior and Stone Reservior, the guaranteed rate of nonflood fiver ecological base fl0w in Wei jiabao section can be increased to 88% and 90% in 2020 and 2030 through the adoption of option 7 ,which compensate the Weihe fiver ecological base flow using the characteristics of annual regulation capacity of reservoir, and the same time taking the water - saving irrigation planning of plateau. In addition, the guaranteed rate of water supply objects in plateau can meet the design requirements by To sum up ecological base flow compensation of reservoir is study about the feasibility of reservoir compensation in order ecological base flow. taking the recommended regulation program. a relatively new research area that requires further to improve the operability of the regulation of river
