摘　　要：自国务院决定从2007年开展城镇居民基本医疗保险试点以来,全国参保人数已经达到了1.81亿人,但在试点过程中也出现了很多问题有待完善。研究以枣庄市为例,通过调研发现试点过程中的问题并进行分析,试图找到相应的解决办法。Since the State Council determines to launch pilot project of the Urban residents＇ basic medical insurance system from 2007,the number of people who entered the system had reached to t 181 million already,but many problems need improvement in the pilot course.This text take Zaozhuang as an example,analyze these problems and attempt to find the corresponding solution.
