摘　　要：目的探讨实施国家基本药物制度后沙井街道社区健康服务中心(社康中心)诊疗次均费用的变化。方法查阅2010年、2011年沙井街道20家社康中心诊疗收入和诊疗人次,计算次均费用并进行比较。结果 2011年实施国家基本药物制度后次均费用下降了14%。结论实施国家基本药物制度使社康中心服务更便廉,在一定程度上起到缓解"看病贵"矛盾的作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the changes in the average cost of pre clinical treatment of Shajing Street community health service centers after the implementation of the national essential drug system（CHS）.METHOD For 2010 and 2011,clinic income and clinic visits,costs and visit times in Shajing Strect community health center were calculated to compare.RESULT After implementation of the national essential drug system,the average cost of er clinical treatment were decreased by 14% in 2011.CONCLUSION After implementation of the national essential medicines system,the community health center services will be more cheaper and played the role to some extent to alleviate the expensive of medicine services.
