清水营矿综采面安全回撤和快速安装工艺研究

摘　　要：结合清水营煤矿综采工作面实际情况,介绍了综采设备安装回撤的全过程。支架撤除期间的顶板管理工作是影响工程进度的制约因素,在回撤期间采用树脂纤维网片控制顶板技术;引进鑫丰公司以支架搬运车为主的快速搬家装备,达到安全、快速地撤除支架的目的,不仅缩短了工期、提高了工效,而且增大了安全系数,该套技术是对回撤工艺的一次创新和实践。Combined with the actual situation of fully mechanized coal face of Qingshuiying Coal Mine, to introduce entire process of mining equipment installed retracement at fully mechanized coal face. Roof work is restrict factor which affected progress of project con- straints during stent removal period, it was adopted fiber mesh control roof technology during removing period ; it was introduced bracket the van - based fast moving equipment of Xinfeng company, to achieve safe and fast removal of stent is safe, not only saves time limit, improved ergonomics, but also increases the safety factor,it is innovations and practices of retracement of the process.
