摘 要:为了防护水锤,大量的输水工程中安装了安全泄压阀。在进行水锤防护措施研究时,需要阀门在不同开度下的阻力系数。实验室实测了DN50先导式安全泄压阀在不同开度下的阀门局部阻力系数,实验结果显示阀门在全开情况下,其阻力系数为4.98。当阀门开度大于33%时,随着阀门开度增大,阻力系数减小比较缓慢;当阀门开度小于33%时,随着阀门开度减小阻力系数增加很快。测试结果可供压力输水系统工程设计及水锤防护措施研究参考。For protection of the water hammer,a safety relief valve is installed in a large number of water projects.Water hammer protection measures during the study require the resistance coefficient of the pilot operating safety relief valves at different open degrees.In the laboratory,this paper measured the resistance coefficient of the pilot operating safety relief valves with DN50 at different open degrees.The result of the experiment demonstrates that the resistance coefficient is 4.98 when the valve is fully open.When the open degree of the valve is more than 33%,the resistance coefficient will decrease slowly as the open degree of the valve increases.When the open degree got less than 33%,the resistance coefficient will increase very fast as the open degree increases.The test results can be used as reference for the engineering design of pressure water systems and water hammer protection measures.
