淹没条件下后混合磨料射流的数值仿真分析

摘  要:建立喷嘴结构参数与其射流流场特性之间的关系,选择最佳的射流工况条件对提高射流效率有重要意义。利用FLUENT软件,对锥直喷嘴在淹没条件下后混合磨料射流进行了数值模拟。对于后混合磨料射流,分析了喷嘴结构参数(混合腔直径Dq、混合管长度Lg和保护气入口速度ua)对射流流场特性的影响。结果表明:大直径混合腔、长混合管的喷嘴的射流效果好,通保护气后使得射流性能得到改善,保护气的速度增大时其对射流的保护作用增强。Establishing the relationship between nozzle structure parameters and jet flow characteristics on the basis selecting the best jet conditions is meaningful to improving jet efficiency.The numerical simulation of the straight-cone nozzle in the submergence condition of post-mixed abrasive jet is carried out by using FLUENT software.As for post-mixed abrasive jet,the influence is analyzed of the nozzle structure parameters,the diameter of the mixing chamber,the length of mixing tube and the inlet velocity of protecting gas on flow field characteristics of jet.The results show that jet has good performance when the nozzle has a large diameter mixing chamber and a long mixing tube.The protecting gas makes jet performance can be improved,and its protective effect is enhanced when the speed of the protecting gas increases.
