摘　　要：为了满足自动测试系统(ATS,automatic test system)软件平台通用化和标准化的要求,建立了基于ABBET的ATS软件体系结构。结合基于数据库的自动测试系统软件开发模式,应用面向信号的方法实现仪器无关性。该软件系统已经在某新型通用装备自动测试诊断系统中得到了应用。Aiming at meeting the requirement of ATS （ automatic test system） software for generalization and standardization, the ATS software system frame is built based on ABBET. The software exploitation mode is based on database. Signal oriented method is used for the independent of instruments. This software system has been applied in a certain new automatic test and diagnosis system for general equipment.
