摘　　要：农村信用体系建设是人民银行推进社会信用体系建设的一项重要内容。近年来,人民银行临沂市中心支行指导沂水县支行通过组织推动、宣传教育强化道德约束;通过制度建设实现评价规范标准化和动态管理;通过建立守信激励、失信惩戒机制,使信用进入经济成本,从而全面推进了沂水县农村信用体系建设的市场化,优化了农村金融生态环境,促进了"三农"信贷投入,为农民带来了实实在在的实惠,赢得了广泛赞誉。Construction of rural credit system is an important component for the People＇ s Bank of China to promote the construction of social credit system. In recent years, under the instruction of Linyi City Central Sub - branch of the PBC, Yishui County Sub - branch of the PBC has taken the following measures ： strengthening moral disciplines through the organization guidance, publicityand education, realizing standardization and dynamic management of assessment regulations through institutional building, including credit into economic cost by establishing an incentive and punishment mechanism for honesty and dishonesty, etc. Those measures thereby promoted overall liberalization of the Yishui county rural credit system construction, optimized rural financial ecological environment, accelerated credit loan placement to ＂agriculture, countryside and peasants＂, brought tangible benefits for peasants, and therefore a wide praise has been won.
