摘　　要：从民间降压草药红丝线Peristrophe roxburghiane(Schalt)Berm.全草的乙醇提取物水不溶部位中分得八个结晶单一成分,经理化数据和光谱分析,分别鉴定了三个结晶为羽扇豆酮(Lupenone).羽扇豆醇(Lupeol)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterd).已有药理试验表明羽扇豆醇和β-谷留醇具有良好的降压作用。Eight crystalline constituents were isolated from the water insoluble fraction of the alcohol extract of the whole plant of peristrophe roxburghiana(schult) berm. On the basis of sperctrometric analvsis, three of them were respectively identified as lupenone, lupeol and b-sitosterol, and the latter two were proved to be capable of lowering high blood pressure.
