摘　　要：万古霉素是临床上治疗革兰氏阳性细菌感染的最后一道防线,但其效价及颜色存在不稳定性,且已出现对万古霉素的耐药菌,需通过开发合适的工艺关键技术解决万古霉素制剂不稳定的技术难题,介绍了万古霉素的生产工艺,并针对万古霉素耐药菌介绍了万古霉素衍生物。Vancomycin is enlisted as a drug of the last resort for the treatment of resistant grampositive bacterial infections.However, the titer and color of vancomycin is instability, and vancomycin-resistant bacteria has appeared.So through developing the appropriate key technologies,to solve the technique problem of instability of vancomycin.To introduce the pruduction technics of vancomycin,and discuss the new active analogues of vancomycin against vancomycin-resistant bacteria.
