摘　　要：目的:观察三伏敷贴对不同体质成人反复感冒的影响。方法:160例反复感冒患者按体质分为4组:气虚质组40例、阳虚质组40例、痰湿质组40例、气郁质组40例。以发病次数、发病时的症状评分为观察指标。结果:①三伏后6个月内气虚质、阳虚质与气郁质患者的发病次数及临床症状均有改善,而痰湿质患者只改善了其临床症状;②气虚质、阳虚质与气郁质三组在减少发病次数、改善临床症状方面疗效相当,且疗效均优于痰湿质组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:三伏敷贴对不同体质成人反复感冒的发病次数及临床症状均有不同程度的改善。Objective：To observe the impact of Sanfu applicator on different physical adult repeated colds.Methods：160 cases were divided into 4 groups according to physical：Qi Xu Zhi group（40 cases）,Yang Xu Zhi group（40 cases）,Tan Shi Zhi group（40 cases）,Qi Yu Zhi group（40 cases）.Incidence number and the onset of the symptom score as OUTCOME MEASURES.Methods：①Sanfu after six months,Incidence number and clinical symptoms in 3 groups（Qi Xu Zhi group,Yang Xu Zhi group and Qi Yu Zhi group）were improved,Tan Shi Zhi group only improved their clinical symptoms;②The clinical efficacy of Qi Xu Zhi group,Yang Xu Zhi group and Qi Yu Zhi group on reducing the incidence number and improving symptoms were quite.And the effects are better than Tan Shi Zhi group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：Sanfu applicator on the incidence number and clinical symptoms of different physical adult repeated colds were improved to varying degrees.
