糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症中医辨证论治浅析

摘　　要：皮肤瘙痒症是糖尿病并发症的常见疾病,属中医学"痒风"、"风骚痒"等范畴。历代医家对此证的辨证治疗观点颇多,但对于本病的认识及治疗存在很大的分歧,笔者查阅现代文献归纳分析,发现中医辨证治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症疗效显著,但是各医生的辨证及处方各不相同,未形成统一认识,需要进一步研究形成统一规范的辨证分型治疗,以便初学者及其临床医生的运用。Cutaneous pruritus was a common disease of the complications of diabetes,it belonged to the scope of TCM.Ancient physicians had many views on treating this disease,but there were great differences in the understanding and treatment of the disease.Modern literature was summarized and analyzed by author,and found that the efficacy of TCM on treating diabetes cutaneous pruritus was significant,however,the prescription of doctors did not form a unified understanding,further research was needed in order to beginners and their clinicians use.
