摘　　要：胡希恕先生临床擅长应用石膏,将石膏的基本应用指征归纳为:口干舌燥,薄白苔,白苔发燥,不水滑,并可见心烦、尿频、苔黄燥等;认为石膏与麻黄配伍可以治疗汗出,并有解凝降压等作用,否认石膏的解渴及解表作用。本文通过对胡希恕应用石膏经验的整理总结,以期为我辈后学临床提供帮助。HU Xi-shu specializes the application of gypsum in clinical practice,the basic application of gypsum are summarized as follows：dry mouth,thin white fur,white fur hair dry,no water slide and visible upset,frequent urination,yellow dry moss,etc;He believes that gypsum with ephedra compatibility has the role of treating sweating and Jiening Jiangya,and deny the role of gypsum in Jieke and Jiebiao.In this paper,sorted out and summarized the experience of HU Xi-shu application of gypsum to provide help for others.
