成年男性代谢综合征组分与前列腺体积的关系研究

摘　　要：目的分析成年男性代谢综合征(MS)组分与前列腺体积(PV)的关系,探讨良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的危险因素。方法选择2010年5月—2011年7月在我院体检且相关数据完整的成年男性资料。记录年龄、身高、体质量、血压和体质指数(BMI)。检测空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。腹部彩超检测前列腺三径(纵径、横径及前后径),计算PV。结果体检者年龄40～87岁,平均(55.6±12.3)岁。把BMI、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、HbA1c、FPG、TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C按MS诊断标准分为正常组与非正常组,BMI、SBP及HbA1c异常组的PV均较各自正常组的PV增大(P<0.01)。不同年龄男性PV比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、BMI、TC及LDL-C与PV均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论年龄以及MS组分中BMI、SBP、血脂紊乱及HbA1c等因素与PV有相关关系,提示上述因素可能是BPH的危险因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between metabolic syndrome（MS） and prostatic volume（PV） in adult men and to determine the risk factors for benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods Health check-up results of the adult men were collected from May 2010 to July 2011 in our hospital.Data including age,body height,body weight,blood pressure,and body mass index（BMI） were recorded.Fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,HbA1c,TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C were measured and recorded.Three length（longitudinal,transverse,and anteroposterior diameters） of prostate was measured through abdominal altrasound,and then the prostate volume was calculated.Results The ages of these participates ranged 40 to 87 years（mean（55.6±12.3）years）.BMI,systolic blood pressure（SBP）,and HbA1c significantly increased when compared with the normal thresholds（P〈0.001）.PV was significantly different among subjects at different age groups（P〈0.05）.Multiple linear regression analysis showed PV was positively correlated with age,BMI,TC,and LDL-C（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ages,SBP,BMI,and dyslipidemia in MS and HbA1c are positively correlated with PV and therefore may be the the risk factors for BPH in adult men.
