大学生坚韧性与成就动机的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生坚韧性的现状及其与成就动机的关系。方法采用大学生坚韧性问卷、成就动机问卷对唐山市400名大学生进行调查。结果 (1)男女大学生坚韧性间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)独生子女与非独生子女在坚韧性总分和自控力维度得分间差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-2.462,-3.807,均P<0.05);(3)学生干部与非学生干部坚韧性总分、支配维度和承受力维度间差异有统计学意义(t值分别为1.988、2.386和2.245,均P<0.05);(4)坚韧性总分及各维度与成就动机呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论非独生子女、学生干部的坚韧性高于独生子女、非学生干部的大学生;大学生人格坚韧性越强,成就动机越高。Objective To explore the present situation of the university students′ hardiness and its relation with achievement motivation.Methods 400 university students in Tangshan were investigated with the help of the college students ′ hardiness questionnaire and the Achievement Motive Scale.Results（1） There was no significant gender difference in the hardiness（P〉0.05）.（2） The only-child and the non-only one showed significant difference seeing from the total hardiness scores（t=-2.462,P〈0.05） and the dimension of control score（t=-3.807,P〈0.05）.（3） Student cadres and non-cadres got different scores in total points（t=1.988）,control dimension（t=2.386）,and endurance dimension（t=2.245）,and the differences were all significant（P〈0.05）.（4） The university students′ hardiness and all dimensions were positively correlated to achievement motivation（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The university students who are the only-child or the students cadres demonstrate higher hardiness level than those otherwise.The higher of university students′ hardiness,the higher one′s achievement motivation.
