国内铜板带生产技术与加工装备现状概述

摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和科技的不断进步,国内对铜板带产品量的需求与质的要求不断提升,铜板带产品也在向多品种、多规格、高精度、高性能、高技术含量、高附加值方向发展。因此,优化的合金配置、先进的工艺流程和高端的加工装备就成为这种发展方向的必然要求和客观需求。文章重点对中色科技所研制开发的铜板带热轧机、铜带坯水平连铸机、铜带粗轧机、铜带精轧机、铜带拉弯矫直机、铜带(酸洗)脱脂清洗机等铜加工设备的技术特点、装机水平及其加工工艺等进行了论述与介绍。Domestic demand for output and requirement of quality for products of copper strip and sheet are continuous rising with the rapid economic development and scientific and technological advancement.Multi-variety,multi-specification,high-precision,high performance,high-tech,high value-added are the developing directions of copper strip and sheet.Therefore,optimized alloying component,advanced processing,advanced equipment will be the necessary and objective requirements for this development direction.Technical characteristics,equipment level and processing techniques of the copper hot rolling mill,copper horizontal continuous casting machine,copper strip cold roughing rolling mill,copper strip cold finishing rolling mill,copper strip tension leveling machine,copper（acid-washing）degreasing washing machine etc.developed by CNPT are discussed and introduced in this paper.
