摘  要:目的探讨无机活性元素(德莫林)对慢性难愈溃疡治疗的临床效果,并对其作用机制进行分析。方法 54例体表慢性难愈溃疡患者分为两组,试验组使用无机活性元素,对照组采用常规换药。观察两组的治疗效果、治愈时间、换药疼痛程度等,并检测治疗前后试验组创面组织表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)、碱性成纤维细胞因子(bF-GF)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果两组治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组中治愈患者的治愈时间为(17.55±7.17)d,明显短于对照组的(24.52±3.54)d,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.35,P<0.001)。试验组第1次换药后疼痛程度评分(2.69±1.01)分,明显低于对照组的(3.30±1.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.06,P<0.05)。治疗后试验组EGF、bFGF、VEGF表达均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无机活性元素对慢性难愈溃疡治疗的效果显著,其机制可能与该药物促进EGF、bFGF、VEGF表达有关。Objective To observe the efficacy and analyze the mechanism of Bio - inductive in the treatment of chronic impaired ulcers. Methods 54 patients with chronic impaired ulcers were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was treated with Bio - inductive while the control group was treated with traditional dressings. Clinical efficacy, curing time and ache level of the two groups were observed and expressions of EGF, bFGF, VEGF were detected by RT - PCR after treatment. Results Theeffect of Bio - inductive was significantly better than traditional dressings in curing rate and degree of ache ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The cu- ring time of Bio - inductive group was ( 17.55±7.17) d, significantly shorter than that of traditional dressing group (24.52± 3.54 ) d ( t = - 4. 35, P 〈 0. 001 ) . The score of ache in Bio - inductive group was ( 2. 69 ±1. 01 ) , significantly lower than that of the traditional dressing group (3.30±1.16) ( t = - 2. 06, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Expressions of EGF, bFGF, VEGF were significant- ly higher in Bio - inductive group after treatment than those of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Bio - inductive is ef- fective in the treatment of chronic impaired ulcers, and the mechanism might be that Bio - inductive could regulate the expres- sions of EGF, bFGF and VEGF.
